Hi there! Welcome back to another edition of The Weekly Review. Last one of May! I hope that you had a wonderful week and enjoyed the Memorial Day holiday to the fullest. Summer time is in full swing and I am excited for it. I have been on the road the past few days so trying to fit in time to write has been tricky! But nevertheless, we got it done. So, let’s get into this week’s review!

Summer time is here! I am trying to get my reading kick back going, especially for sitting on the beach and by the pool. Check out some great summer beach reads from Huckberry.
I always think about if I won the lottery, what would I buy? A lot of people says cars, I am just not a huge car guy. However, I would buy one specific vehicle. An old school Ford Bronco. They are iconic. The article tells you why!
What if you could live in a region that would, environmentally, help you live longer? Well, let me introduce to you "blue zones." Would you live in them?
My wife and I have really devoted the last few years to wellness. We are very “crunchy” as they say. In all of this, we like organic products. Well, we feel betrayed. A well-known berry brand, Driscolls, apparently has cancer-linked toxins on their berries.

You get one life. I don’t know if it’s because I am finally accepting that life moves at a very fast pace and I am getting older, but I am really understanding that life happens once. Right here, right now is all that we have. That is such a blessing to remember. Let’s not waste what we have been given. LIVE.
Workout for the Week
Once again, I am on the road this weekend so having to find a way to get some movement in. Most days start with a walk and some quick, blood-pumping movements. Working out while traveling is supposed to be quick, easy, and leaves you feeling good. That’s what we got here today! Let’s go.
WARM-UP:
Dynamic Stretches
Jumping Jacks - 20
WORKOUT:
8 Rounds
Pushups - 10
Air Squats - 12
Burpees - 10
Flutter Kicks - 24
Repeat at the top. Modify where needed.
COOLDOWN:
Walk
Breathwork
GET SOME.

What a privilege it is to be tired from having things to do. I always have to bring myself back to that when I find myself complaining, wishing and wanting, and just being overwhelmed. How good is God that I have people in my life that want to see me, things I get to do, and much more. Overly blessed. Grateful. Let’s get off these screens and go have a great weekend!
